Applications are invited for the 2013 Kodak Radiology Fund Scholarship. The scholarship is open to Members and Fellows of the Faculty of Clinical Radiology holding appointments of any grade in the United Kingdom.
The scholarship of up to £20,000 is intended for a research or educational project in the United Kingdom or abroad and may be used to assist the undertaking of an MD.
Closing Date: Friday 7 June 2013
The Scholarship will be awarded in two stages. Half of the money will be awarded to the successful applicant once the final decision has been confirmed. The balance will be paid out upon receipt of the first interim report.

Assessment Procedure
An assessment panel nominated by the Royal College of Radiologists will consider applications. The decision of the assessment panel is final and binding. It is intended that the assessors’ recommendations will be reported to the Specialty Training Board meeting of Friday 4 October 2013 for approval. Applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application as soon as possible after this date.
Please note that an applicant may apply for only ONE of the following awards in any given year: Kodak Radiology Fund Bursary – Research; Kodak Research Fund Scholarship; Constance Thornton Fellowship; Pump Priming Grant. The assessment panel reserves the right to move an application into another award category if appropriate.
